Participation Process

The participation process for the Qatar International Business & Trade Expo 2025 has been designed to ensure transparency, convenience, and ease for exhibitors. Each step ensures that your company is well-prepared to participate effectively in the international event.

Step 1 — Register Online

Interested MSMEs and exporters can submit their company details, product categories, and sectoral preferences through the official Expo Registration Portal.

  • Provide basic company profile, GST and IEC details, and product portfolio.
  • Select preferred exhibition sector and booth size.
  • Submit required documents for preliminary screening.

Step 2 — Application Review

Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee comprising representatives from the Ministry of MSME, ni-msme, and associated export councils.

  • Eligibility will be verified based on product relevance, export readiness, and compliance.
  • Approved applicants will receive an official confirmation email.

Step 3 — Allotment of Exhibition Space

Booth and pavilion space will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. State-specific and sectoral pavilions will be created to ensure thematic representation.

  • Customized booth options will be available (standard, premium, and thematic).
  • Exhibitors will receive detailed stall layout and design guidelines.

Step 4 — Payment & Confirmation

Participants are required to complete payment of the participation fee as per the assigned category. Upon confirmation, exhibitors will receive:

  • A digital confirmation letter and exhibitor badge.
  • Exhibitor manual with logistics, setup, and dismantling details.
  • Information on visa facilitation and travel support.

Step 5 — Pre-Event Coordination & Orientation

Before the Expo, all registered exhibitors will be invited to attend a virtual orientation session conducted by the organizing team.

  • Briefing on logistics, booth setup, and promotional opportunities.
  • Guidelines on shipment, customs, and product display.
  • Networking introductions with trade delegates and fellow exhibitors.
